Cancellation And No Show Policy

My time spent with you is very important to me. I value you, your time and certainly your choice to do business with me. Please understand that when you cancel/reschedule last minute or no show, it is difficult to fill your appointment time with another guest who is on a waitlist.  As a courtesy, I always contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment 48 hours before, so please notify me immediately if you are unable to make the appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of service booked. All no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked.

If you are Covid positive, you may reschedule your appointment one time without incurring a charge.

All appointments will require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.

Cell Phones

• Cell phones may be left on “silent” or “vibrate” in the salon. However, to ensure you receive the best experience, we ask that all calls be completed before or after your appointment.

Gratuities

• Tipping is at the your discretion , excepted Cash,Venmo,PayPal,Check
